Scarlet witch is working with S.H.I.E.L.D.???

Nick Fury and his agents have developed top-secret chaos manipulator technology, and are using it to help Scarlet Witch defeat evil!

How does it work?

The key combo here is Global Logistics and Hex Bolt or Molecular Decay. Set up the encounter deck exactly how you want it and then blast the villain, or use Hex Bolt for whatever it is you need next turn. If you have Scarlet Witch's Crest in play, it gets even more versatile!

The setup

You want to get enough shield cards set up that you always have plenty of fuel for Global Logistics. Mulligan for Government Liaison to get more cards out, and Sky-destroyer to get some free damage while you do it. There are 15 S.H.I.E.L.D. cards in the deck, and they all do a good job of board control while you set up.

Spiritual Meditation is a magical card that takes up no space in the deck, letting you draw into a Global logistics combo easier. You can often keep the villain stunned with Hex Bolt, but in case you get hit, flip for and recover quickly with Down Time, and get your friend Agatha Harkness to find some more S.H.I.E.L.D. cards.

Once your board is full of shield cards, the thinned deck will be all hero cards and Global Logistics and Homeland Intervention. You can tear through threat and do a ton of damage

Other goodies

The deck has a low cost curve to play many events per turn, but still includes Heimdall, Nick Fury and Quicksilver to pair with Chaos Magic. Heimdall gets to rearrange the encounter deck a bit, which is nice.

If you get a chance to rearrange the encounter cards but don't have an event to play on them, you can always use Wiccan as a poor man's Molecular Decay. Make those 3 boosts work for you and get them out of the pile before they can hurt anybody.

Card substitutions I've tried

I would include The Sorcerer Supreme in this deck, I just don't own Dr. Strange yet. More cards is better.

Order and Chaos is such a meh team up card. You could include it if playing 2 handed with Quicksilver I suppose. Otherwise it's a pass for me.

Under Surveillance is a must if playing solo, but if you bring this with a team you could sub in another Homeland Intervention or your favorite justice card instead.

I tried a couple of Sonic Rifle in the deck, but I found I wasn't flipping enough to make them worth it, and when I did flip I could usually get a Hex Bolt confuse.

I thought about including Dum Dum Dugan and Agent 13, but I don't like having so many high cost allies. Give them a try if you like; didn't work for me.
