Much like my recent Wolverine-Justice deck (Clawed & Order, if you care to check it out. Ahem.), very similar premise - get X-23 up and stay there, with as much readying as you can.

I'll start with the Player Side Schemes; I thought I would these two in as I can't see why there'd be any major problems taking either down pretty quickly. In the scenario you have Heroic Intuition out, when you've tapped out Specialized Training, I'd opt for the extra ATK or the extra hit points. So with Endurance and Adamantium Lacing, you're either a 3-1-2, 19hp or a 3-2-2, 15hp. Very handy either way.

Personally, I'd opt for the extra ATK, because as we move onto the crux of this deck - the readying. Now, this is dependent on getting Children of the Atom out as early as possible.

  1. X-23's Claws
  2. Professor X
  3. Honey Badger
  4. 2 x Justice Served
  5. Utopia

That's a lot of repeat turns. Very nice too.

Bear in mind, if you get Synch out and Game Time comes up, along with your own readying, you can use her ability twice. A good scenario could be as follows:

26 damage. On a Justice deck. Utter madness.

Likelihood of all this happening in one round? Oh, hugely slim, but 2 or 3? Absolutely in the realms of possibility.

Most likely is you'll want to do a lovely combination of thwarting and attacking, especially with Justice Served. All pretty devastating.

Hey, if anyone knows how to make X-23 an Honorary Avenger so you can throw Blade and Earth's Mightiest Heroes in, then this readying train gets insane!

Other than that, Mission Training turns allies very decent value for thwarting - shout out to Bishop in particular who becomes dang decent. With 2 x First Aid for whoever needs it and Making an Entrance to keep X-23 up and healthy, as well as her own Regenerative Longevity, you should be well set.

Got to say, pretty proud of this one.
