Wolverine is on parent patrol, X-23 is hanging out with him today and he's going to have his hands full keeping her out of trouble. He's also been mentoring Jubilee and she got grounded from going to the mall so she's here too. He's also got Professor X to take care of and for those of you that have seen Logan know he has a hard time getting ol' chuck to take his pills. And for some reason Deadpool is tagging along too (he's helpful and a trainee.)

Premise of the deck: Utilize powerful allies to deal big amounts of damage or remove threat repeatedly. This allows Wolverine to play his attack events and defend alot. With his ability to regen 2 health each turn, he is tanky even with a moderate health pool.

The idea here is to get X-23 out and equip her with upgrades to keep her in slasher mode. With Honorary X-Men Danger Room Training and Sidearm she can swing for 5 each turn plus ignore retaliate (this saved me on numerous occasions) and her health is up to 5. Add Reinforced Suit and she's up to 7 health.

X-23 is the star but she does have 2 pretty big co-stars in Deadpool and Professor X. Deadpool comes in with solid 2/2, the downside to him is the acceleration token you get when he takes too much consequential. To delay this equip him with honorary x-men and danger room training. Now you can get 5 thwarts or attacks out of him before you see that acceleration token (most games are over before this becomes a problem).

Professor X was originally put in here for the normal threat removal, ready Wolverine or land a confuse but he can do so much more, well not much more but we can make it better. Leadership Skill allows him to thwart for 4 and with Command Team out he can remove 8 threat. Now the Honorary X-Men is important because this allows him to ready Deadpool or X-23 if they have it equipped. I have had some turns where he has cleared a side scheme, reduced threat on the main and readied another character to land even more damage. Then he takes the hit next phase to keep our allies out.

Other key cards: Call for Backup is here to allow us to grab an ally. Nothing better than playing call for backup, having Chuck thwart it away to grab X-23 from the daycare and ready up Logan for another attack.

First Aid allows us to heal either ourself (logan's getting old and his healing factor isn't what it once was) or one of our problems, i mean allies.

Lead from the Front just gives us some extra thwart or attack power for the phase which synergizes well with Command Team and Game Time. X-23 with danger room training would be up to 5 attack and be able to ready 2 times with Command team and Game time, 3 if you also defeat an enemy with an attack.

Med Lab is really nice in here, sometimes we haven't pulled the upgrades we need and the consequential takes Laura out. In that event Med Lab allows us to grab her for free if we flip to alter-ego. With the thwarting power in here, i never had an issue flipping to bring her back. She does come back exhausted, but that is where we can utilize Command Team to still get a use out of her that turn.

Regroup does more work than i thought it would. The best target for this is Professor X since he usually chumps. Regroup sends him back to the hand as opposed to discard and then you can play him again next turn.

Adamantium Skeleton is important for Logan as he gets +4 hit points and he will be doing some defending in this deck ( as much as he complains, he does not want to see Laura get hit.) He also gets +1 attack and piercing which are both important.

Jubilee synergizes well with Leadership Skill, Danger Room Training and Command Team. Pretty good feeling to play her to get the plus 2 attack and then stick danger room on her to pump it up to 4, add another form leadership skill for a grand total of 5 and then be able to ready with Command team to do it again.

Berserker Frenzy is really nice in this deck as well. Since we want to keep Deadpool and X-23 in play, Wolverine takes some hits and the frenzy allows him to draw each time he does. This helps us cycle to the deck to find more upgrades or get to an ally quicker.

Track by Scent is great. Play Call for Backup then remove it with track and get an ally into play plus 2 card draw. Pretty solid combo that is very easy to pull off.

Regenerative Healing to keep Logan alive or to remove annoying statuses.

This deck is alot of fun and has run through a number of scenarios on expert with minimal difficulty. Any feedback on how it went or tips to improve it would be greatly appreciated.

I love theme and deck name! But also, it was fun to have a Wolverine/X-23 slash fest in a single deck!

@andyr Wolverine and X-23 are 2 of my favorites from the comics. Really cool to get them out together and do what they do best. I reallly appreciate you checking it out!
