There are a number of good decks from respected deck builders out there using Moment of Triumph with Captain Marvel (for instance https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/6753/captain-marvel-got-angry-expert-1.0 by neothechosen or https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/5761/captain-marvel-all-lightning-bolts-decked-halls-2020-1.0 by KennedyHawk), but I hadn't seen one yet which added Hand Cannon for easy access to overkill. Captain Marvel does sometimes struggle to deal with minions, so this seemed like a solution worth exploring.

As is usual with Captain Marvel decks, I've tried to ensure that as many events and allies as possible are , with all the benefits that brings. Given the allies available in aggression, it is also possible to get a full suite of Avenger allies to maximise the benefit of Avengers Tower, Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and Team-Building Exercise. As Captain Marvel draws and filters so many cards it is a rare turn there is no ally to play.

The deck has a lot of supports and upgrades because Captain Marvel is rich enough to afford them.

Thwart is adequate rather than outstanding from this deck, so if playing solo it is worth making a high priority of Cosmic Flight, and I will often use Earth's Mightiest Heroes to let Captain Marvel thwart a second time. Sentry and Spider-Woman also provide valuable thwarting

Mean Swing may be a option as it gets more damage out of your Hand Cannons. I rejected it just because it isn't . Battle Fury will help you clear more minions, but I felt that Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Hand Cannon provide enough. Bug would add thwart, but isn't an Avenger: Honorary Avenger would enable him to use Earth's Mightiest Heroes but not Team-Building Exercise or Avengers Tower (and anyway Honorary Avenger isn't ). Combat Training and Follow Through don't always offer fantastic value so they could be left out to free up some slots for those cards if you disagree with my choices. You could also follow KennedyHawk's lead and leave out Genius and Strength, but I'm just too wimpy for that. Helicarrier can always be replaced by Quincarrier if no-one else needs it more, but I haven't found a third Hand Cannon is badly needed. Of the allies Wasp is probably the most marginal. There is plenty of in the deck to use her with, but she doesn't benefit from the Avengers Tower/Team-Building Exercise combination that powers the other allies, and she is not herself.

I'm not sure this is a great deck, but maybe it will encourage someone else to revisit this archetype now we have GMW, or at least comment with some potential improvements.
