"The more you share, the more your bowl will be plentiful."
Multiplayer support deck for CoH 2026. Play to buff up teammates and ready their allies so that they can do more during their turns. By increasing the tempo of teammates, you can take your time setting up your board state to shoot your arrows.
Back Line Support
Buff up other players with Lead from the Front and Cell Phone. Ready their allies with Get Ready and Inspiring Presence. Hawkeye has a relatively simple play style that is not very flashy, so he tends to rely on others anyway. Use your cards to make sure others can do more with their turns. Time any flip to Alter-Ego so that you will be the first or second player in the following round as Lead from the Front and Inspiring Presence are Hero Actions. This isn't crucial as Get Ready and Cell Phone don't care which form you're in.
Make Better Calls
Make the Call to play others' allies. Call the best ally for the situation or loop whichever ally is most valuable at the table. Use ally basic activations to manage the board state rather than defend. Endurance and Down Time help to manage our HP rather than using basic defense and ally basic defend.
We tend to build Make the Call decks to exploit certain entering play effects. But, this build focuses on exploiting other players' allies. There are some heroes that we can synergize with by borrowing their identity specific ally, because identity specific allies can help their hero even when the ally is controlled by another player.
Make the Call Recursion. Identity specific allies that are great to replay. • Black Panther - Shuri is actually a selfish Make the Call. She helps us find our upgrades. • Captain Marvel - Spider-Woman confuses the villain and has great stats. • Iceman - Snow Clone can attack without taking consequential if they activate after Iceman puts Frostbite on an enemy. • Phoenix - Cyclops is a good way to get 2 counters on Phoenix Force. Coordinate with the Phoenix player for when is best to let Cyclops go down and bring him back to manipulate the counters on Phoenix force. Cyclops is also a good target for Sidekick depending on what the Phoenix player prefers. • Spectrum - Blue Marvel helps to change the form when entering play. Coordinate with the Spectrum player when to Make the Call to help control her forms. • Thor - Lady Sif will ready Thor. • Wolverine - Jubilee buffs herself and Wolverine up.
Sidekick Steals. Borrow the identity specific allies to help the other players. • Deadpool - Cable has great stats. • Drax - Mantis can heal any identity. Target Drax keep him in hero form longer. • Doctor Strange - Wong filters the invocation deck regardless of who controls him. Coordinate with Strange player to line up the invocation deck. • Maria Hill - Nick Fury can place counters on any support. Use him to maintain Maria's arsenal. • X-23 - Honey Badger can ready X-23. This one isn't the greatest target. Most X-23 players have a plan to use their Honey Badger, but worth mentioning. Cell Phone and Inspiring Presence to make use of Honey Badger off turn.
Mockingbird Engine
Mockingbird is the only ally in the deck. She is highly flexible.
Bounce. Mocking bird bounce is a great resource sink. Use her interrupt to protect Hawkeye from attacks. Play her and activate during the player phase. Inspiring Presence and Get Ready get more activations from her. Make the Call can recover her from the discard pile if she goes down due to consequential or some other damage source. Keep her bouncing in and out of play to help manage the game state.
Sidekick. Make Mockingbird your side kick so that she sticks around longer. Side-by-Side gives another way of readying her for more tempo. The ready on Hawkeye is also great so that we can basic attack or recover, or exhaust to shoot more arrows.
Not you trying to steal people's signature allies LOL
