Version 1 of this deck managed to perform wonderfully well, playing 2-handed. Regularly cleared off all minions on the table and started smashing things to oblivion. With a couple of tweaks, here's where we end up...
Upgrades
Aggressive Conditioning comes in, along with Combat Training and Endurance. With Aragorn, that'll get you up to 22HP. To be fair, you probably don't need Endurance but eh, why not?
Once you have Dragonfang out, you're doing 5 ATK minimum basic, upped to 7 ATK if you have Death-Glow attached and use Soaring Acrobatics. That'll take care of most minions in one fell swoop, allowing you to ready and go again.
The addition of Marked means you can hit the villain for some too.
I also really enjoy the Blood Rage & Valhalla combo - drawing you two cards when you defeat anything with a basic attack and Death-Glow attached.
Supports
It's so important to get Quincarrier which will pay for Death-Glow once per round. Or you could put in any of Enhanced Reflexes, Enhanced Awareness or Enhanced Physique.
Allies
Angela let's you mine for a minion, Ironheart for card draw and Wolverine, well, because he's a boss.
Events
I've gone as cheap as chips here given her currency issues with Death-Glow. #
Firepower allows you to exhaust Valkyrie's Spear, Dragonfang and Jarnbjorn - 1 cost for 9 damage?! Yes, please.
Mean Swing & Skilled Strike / Marked combo not only shatters most minions, but throws extra damage to the villain for zero cost.
I do find Flight of the Valkyrior pretty effective, but Smash the Problem exists as a bit of threat removal back-up. 1 cost for (upgrades out) 5 threat removal. That's good economy, right there.
Aside from a bit of tweaking with resource generation - hopefully surpassed by card draw here - this should serve as a very handy deck regardless if it's a minion heavy deck or not.
Awesome deck!
