Yellowjacket and I are having a Blast!

The short version:

Yellow Jacket has a whopping 17 upgrade targets! 15 of those are Tech upgrades for a seven card hand size and an eventual Repurpose! All that Tech essentially makes Spider-Byte free! Repulsor Blast has 26 energy resources in the deck. Late game they average about 8 damage each - which is crazy for only 2 ER!

The stuff that Iron Man vets already know:

First priority is getting your Tech upgrades on the table ASAP. Staying in AE the first turn is not the worst idea if you don't have a Hero hand size of four. White Fox works with Tony's Futurist ability as well as with Repulsor Blasts. Ingenuity and Quincarrier make it easy to pay for Rocket Boots. Electrostatic Armor is just there as a one cost +1 hand size card (although Defiance can set it off). Superpower Training is to fetch your expensive Mark V Armor when you get a chance (easy once you have your Mark V Helmet going).

The interesting choices part:

Sacrifices have been made. Dropping Professor X for Gambit is better late game when you are discarding away with your repulsors and just want lightning in your deck. But being able to flip down early to build up or for a free double recover (over two turns using Arc Reactor) is also good. That said, if you do want to add him back in, I would swap out Victor Mancha who does have a cool interaction with Energy Shield as a perpetual blocker - but a confuse is so good...

The hindsight is 20/20 part:

Speaking of Energy Shields, one should go on you just to increase your hand size, one could go on the Villain for early hand size and a future Repurpose, and any remaining are best on Snowguard, Northstar, or Gambit if he pulls a triple boost.

The fun part:

Fire away with Supersonic Punch and Repulsor Blast to burn down the Villain. This deck feels very powerful once you are built out so have a Blast!
