Hulk a leader? I won't say this deck is a great deck, but it is a fun deck. Rather than being built around Hulk's strength of decimating opponents this deck is built around his weakness of a 4 card hand and being required to discard his hand at the end of his turn. This deck really needs another deck to help keep the main scheme in check until Adam Warlock is played and is built up with upgrades.

The first iteration through the deck is best used to get allies out with the ideal ally being Adam Warlock followed by Wonder Man, Hawkeye (Kate Bishop) and then Iron Man. Lockjaw is best played from the discard pile when Hulk has a bad hand. In all cases, the allies have something to do with extra cards in hand. Adam Warlock is the ideal because he ends thwarting for 2 and 3 just about every turn once he has been Inspired. Iron Man is in the deck more for his resource than for his ability as an ally since his ability is restricted to only being able to use extra upgrades.

Adam Warlock is a big key to this deck being able to do any reasonable amount of thwarting. There are three Call for Aid cards in the deck in order to help find Adam Warlock quicker (and also in order to get Lockjaw into the discard pile). Once he has an Inspired and Reinforced Suit on him along with a Team Training he has plenty of hit points so that he can activate nearly every turn. United We Stand should be used to heal Adam Warlock first and foremost for this purpose of keeping Adam Warlock in play as long as possible.

@jiistme, I published my own version of your deck. I changed it up a bit because I'm a solo player. Thanks for the inspiration.

But what if you play Call for Aid and end up discarding Adam Warlock? Wouldn’t you need a Make the Call or two?

@Didacles I agree that Call for Aid doesn't really help as much as it could. My version (https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/11373/two-fist-fighters-1.0) uses Strength In Numbers to turn over more cards so you see Adam sooner. Call for Aid/Make the Call could work too but it is a bit ticklish with Hulk. You won't always be able to afford to play both in the same turn even if you draw them in the same turn. And if Call for Aid pulls out Iron Man you could also have trouble.

That is a great catch Didacles and adsarf. I must have read Adam Warlock's "Aerial" trait as "Avenger". Where is the face palm emoji? :D I like the Strength In Numbers swap for Call for Aid. Next time I build this deck I will test out that swap and update the decklist accordingly if the games play out well.
