Use Call for Aid to fetch Iron Man (the only Avenger ally) and attach ALL THE UPGRADES!
Shuri can help getting the upgrades, especially if you use Rapid Response to cycle her. Shuri can't get upgrades from the discard but you can use Ancestral Knowledge to get them back in the deck.
Call for Aid will likely discard some allies, so use Make the Call to get them back.
First Aid is there to heal Iron Man. If you are playing with a Protection player with Med Team, you can drop a couple of First Aid for Team Training or Get Ready.
The priority should be getting Iron Man online, so mulligan hard for it or for Call for Aid.
I've only tried the deck in multiplayer and it was very fun!
