The idea of the deck to get Captain Marvel as quickly as possible using Call for Aid, attach as many upgrades to her as possible, and heal her using Med Team, The Night Nurse, and First Aid. This is all while you stun-lock the villain using Iron Fist, Pheromones, and Mockingbird. Captain Marvel will reliably deal 6-8 damage per turn.
The Mulligan Strategy is to ditch as much as you can in search of either a Call for Aid or Captain Marvel herself and then play her turn 1 if you can, using her as your primary ramp throughout the game.
I've had a lot of fun using this deck and it has been more effective and fun than I initially anticipated.
