Introduction
Yeah.... I know the title of the deck is the tagline of another archer... But I found it cool and decided to keep it anyway :D Hawkeye has a ton of built in damages... So the logic complement is justice !
Stun / Confused lock
In this deck, you have 5 Confused effect (Concussive Blow + Sonic Arrow) and 3 Stun (Basic Mockingbird + Electric Arrow). That means you have, in average, 1 lock solution per turn in your hand... And that makes the game much more easier.
Health Management Hawkeye has a low health.... However, the multiple lock will allow him to avoid many attack/scheme. That + Down Time to heal more once you go into alter ego make it manageable.
Damages
This deck does tons of damages with the native arrows of Hawkeye. In addition, you have solid allies + Concussive Blow + Stealth Strike.
Threat management
Justice event + Cable Arrow + varied allies. Big up for Counterintelligence and Under Surveillance.
Resources
Expert Marksman and Hawkeye's Quiver are built-in resource solution (one by generating the resource, the other by extending your hand size virtually)
In complement, Clear the Area and Quincarrier can help...
Mulligan
Mulligan hard for Hawkeye's Quiver. Aim for Expert Marksman at second aim. You will have the Hawkeye's Bow nevertheless due to Clint Ability, so do not hesitate to discard it even if you have it in your first hand.
You cant have both mockingbirds in your deck as they are unique.
