Edit - Problem found. You cannot use Avengers Assemble!more then once per phase stopping this infinite combo from triggering. I just don't know how to delete decks from this system it seems.

It shows us what a knifes edge the balance of a game like this sites on.


Get every card out.

Hypothetical math for a final turn.

All upgrades in play except a Cosmic Flight and an Energy Channel. This leaves two upgrades in hand.

Five allies out. leaves one in the deck. (possible because The Triskelion and Avengers Tower with all avenger allies)

All support cards are out.

Fourteen events, five resources, two upgrades, and an ally make a deck of 22 cards.

If you start your turn on Carol Danvers you have 6 cards in hand then you discard a Make the Call to draw 2 with Alpha Flight Station, draw one with Carol Danvers and draw one with the Avengers Mansion.

Then you flip to Captain Marvel and burn either Hawkeye, the second Cosmic Flight, or a Crisis Interdiction for a card that is more useful.

Now you have two cards in the discard and a hand of nine cards and a draw deck of eleven cards.

That is half your deck in your hand. If you have a Strength In Numbers all five allies will exhaust which brings you to a discard of three cards, a hand of fourteen cards, and a draw deck of six cards.

It is likely at this point you will have either two double resources or a single Energy Absorption. We will assume an Energy Absorption+ Helicarrier. You will use that to Avengers Assemble! and then use another Strength In Numbers.

At this point with the used cards you spent three card into your discard making your discard five and you drew three mores cards. Your discard is six, your hand is seventeen, and your draw deck is one card.

One card in the draw deck guarantees another Avengers Assemble! and two of your double resources. You spend those double resources to assemble the boys again, but again you use Strength In Numbers following the assembly.

At this point your first of the five draws empties your draw pile and gets four cards from your discard of five cards. You will always be able to get out avengers assemble using two cards and play Avengers Assemble! with Strength In Numbers using four cards to draw five cards.

From this point you go infinite until you have about 40000 attack + thwart for yourself and every ally and blast the nemesis into particles. You have about 20 encounters sitting in front of you, but because the nemesis never gets a turn it never reaches the point where you trigger checking encounters cards.
