Don't call it a comeback

Quicksilver is one of my favorite heroes to play, and this is my new favorite way to play him. It feels like he's really running around the field handling everything, so fast that he even has time to go buy some shoes in AE.

Combos!

  • Quicksilver becomes a 3/3/2 hero if all your upgrades are out and the enemy is confused, or 5/5/4 with Maximum Velocity. Whatever stat you want to bump can go one higher with Specialized Training.

  • Quicksilver can be slow to set up, but One Way or Another helps speed up the process

  • Since you will flip down more often with this deck, Serval Industries becomes amazing, letting you cycle in your readies or having Maximum Velocity almost always available.

  • With 20 events in the deck, Wolfsbane has a really high chance to net you a bonus card if you look for an event, especially when you can shuffle back in events with Serval Industries. If all of your upgrades, supports, and PSS are out/gone that makes 20/27 cards in deck that are Events (since Wolfsbane would be out)

  • Clear the Area, Cypher, and Skilled Investigator help with card draw on top of OWOA.

  • Since you will be getting hit more in Justice, you'll need to recover more often. Ideally you'll want to ATK or THW, ready, and then flip down and recover, BUT in an emergency Ready to Rumble can let you recover, flip and still do what you do.

  • Making an Entrance helps keep you topped off in the health department. Remember that you can clear the main scheme with it and still get the health (it just needs to remove all the threat from a scheme)

  • Friction Resistance always ensures you get the damage from Concussive Blow. Also, it makes sense for Quicksilver to confuse an enemy after punching him at hypersonic speeds.

  • Justice Served is the 41st card, and while I really like it because it lets you ready without needing to use your identity ready. I couldn't leave it out when it saved a game after I cleared a scheme with Clear the Area despite getting exhausted on the villain phase. That, plus on the turns you aren't exhausted it can give you yet another ready, which is huge when there are several side schemes out.

Appreciate you checking this out!
