Colossus Living in Alter-Ego [Multiplayer Only Deck]

A multiplayer-focused Colossus deck that protects teammates while constantly cycling through its deck. By staying in Alter-Ego form as often as possible, Colossus combines excellent survivability, strong card draw, and reliable Tough generation.

This deck is designed for multiplayer: If you play solo, you just take the hits with your tough status. But, if you play multi, you will defend your friends with Desperate Defense and then activate Hard to Ignore and Unflappable, otherwise those cards would be useless.

Boost your DEF: Armored Vest and Defensive Conditioning are to get 6DEF with Desperate Defense to not waste tough status when you defend to most of the attacks.

Living in Alter Ego: Armor Up and Ready for a Fight let you finish almost every turn in Alter Ego, so your hand is going to be 6ish. Never use Armor to pay other cards, if you already have paid Ready for a Fight and get an Armor Up, use it and keep you Ready for a Fight. Piotr's Studio, Moira MacTaggert, Hidden Base, Perseverance and X-Mansion are valuable thanks to this possibility.

Huge Drawing engine: Taunt Mutant Education Moira MacTaggert Piotr's Studio Unflappable and going to AE. Titanium Muscles and The X-Jet can help you to pay all these cards. I might consider even remove the X-Jet and get Unshakable if you are not in a team with Wolverine (removing Fastball Special then).

Your Tough status factory: Bulletproof Protector Hidden Base Organic Steel Some people like Polaris to get another tough card, I prefer more copies of Perseverance.

Fastball Special is included only if one of your teammates is playing Wolverine.
