Step 1: Get big THW. Heroic Conditioning + Heroic Intuition + Surveillance Specialist is 3 + 2 THW = 5 THW (quick mafs).
Step 2: Get side schemes one way or another or bring your own.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: PROFIT!
Oh, and Repurpose your gently used Sonic Rifles to thwart EVEN MORE. Then ready multiple more times with Earth's Mightiest Heroes to thwart EVEN MORE MORE.
This primarily a multiplayer deck. Remove a copy of Skilled Investigator if playing 2-player, but this is a LOT of thwart for solo, but sure, go nuts if you're into that. As you remove copies, replace them with more Overwatch to double up on your boosted thwarts and/or Spoiling for a Fight for even more readies.

Great Deck! I just don't see how you include Spoiling for a Fight in this deck, as it is no event and has no Energy-Resource? Nevertheless great work!
