"It's a ‘mantle’, not a catsuit, thank you very much."

Hero's Role:
Shuri has an awesome ability to tutor Tech upgrades and play them with a reduced cost. Each Tech upgrade in this deck costs 2 or less! We will be taking advantage of that ability to play BP upgrades fast and strengthen her brother, T'Challa. Their enemies will be no match for this fierce combination! If you have seen my Black Panther deck list, then this will look similar but with modifications to include the Sidekick package.
Allies:

Aneka's special triggers threat removal.
Ayo's special helps ping off toughs and finishing off a minion, but it is not as valuable as Aneka's threat removal.
Okoye is important to keep on the field throughout the game since her special will boost other character's stats for big plays.
White Wolf the man, the myth, the legend. This is such an awesome ally. He will be one of your main attackers as he takes zero, that's right, ZERO consequential damage.
Events:
First Aid is meant to heal Okoye or T'Challa . Shuri exhausts to use her ability in alter-ego so this is here to help her brother with healing. Queen Ramonda will help heal your hero.
Heart of the Panther is going to be easy to pull off since T'Challa will be always on the board.
Lead from the Front is your endgame card. The combined strength of your hero, White Wolf, Okoye, and T'Challa, means the villain will not stand a chance.
Make the Call to help get any allies back in the fight.
Side-by-Side is helpful for Shuri as she exhausts to use her ability in alter-ego. Once you flip up to hero form, you can use this card when T'Challa is in play. This card essentially lets you trigger any BP upgrade twice due to the abilities of Shuri's Black Panther and T'Challa.
Suit Up is to fetch any ally, specifically T'Challa and any suitable upgrade.
Support:
Command Team will get you more activations out of your allies, such as T'Challa, Okoye, and White Wolf.
Dora Milaje is primarily meant to keep Okoye alive and trigger her special. We will target T'Challa or White Wolf with Okoye's special.
The Triskelion helps extend your ally limit to allow rotating Aneka and Ayo in the 4th slot.
Upgrades:

Inspired has 1 main target and 2 potential others. T'Challa has to have one. Which leaves Okoye or White Wolf getting the other.
Reinforced Suit is a fantastic card for Shuri. You can tutor it from the deck with her alter-ego ability. Slap this upgrade on her brother and Okoye. White Wolf does not take any consequential damage for attacking so the extra health is wasted here.
Sidearm is for T'Challa or White Wolf in case the villain has retaliate.
Sidekick only has one target: T'Challa. He will help trigger your Black Panther upgrades after using his basic actions. We need him to stay on the board.
Final Thoughts:
I tested this deck in true solo a bit more and found Call for Backup helpful to include, thus making this a 41 card deck. I am excited for Shuri's Black Panther. Expanding the Wakanda card pool was very much needed. I find her ability to be accurate to her character and it will be easy to trigger the BP upgrades since her brother is always with her!
