Adam Warlock visiting the Soul World

Beginner to Marvel Champions I was intriguished by Adam Warlock's ability to play the four affinities and wanted to use him for one of my first deck building experiences to discover all the 'good' cards in the game.

Unfortunately the avatar of life restrict the use of affinity card to one of a kind only, but it impose interesting approaches.

Testing this build, I realized that it allows to quickly goes thru your deck and then make Soul World works fine. It then allows you to stay shaped against strong attacking villains while posing your board.

The main cards for that purpose:

Soul World: Of course as it is the main destination. You definitively want to mulligan to obtain it at the first turn.

Gamora: Very usefull to draw events which allows additional actions or gain a ressource. Med Team can maintain her for a while. A nice companion to visit Soul World.

Nick Fury: Expensive but offers nice choices to handle tricky situations and provide a block to an attack. Choose to draw three cards when possible, another step towards the Soul World.

Magic Attack: Nice attack driving you to Soul World.

Shield Spell: A mirror card of Magic Attack for defense.

Spiritual Meditation: Practical to gain an additional card and discard your worst card.

Summoning Spell: It provides an additional good ally surprise while accelerating your travel towards Soul World.

Zone of Silence: Another mirror card of Magic Attack but for thwarting this time.

Skilled Investigator: A free ticket to ride to Soul World.

The Sorcerer Supreme: To gain an additional card when in hero form.

Adam Warlock set cards Cosmic Awareness, Karmic Blast and Mystic Senses provide additional fuel to reach Soul World.
