This is a deck that focuses on Pumping up Sam's thwarting power, making use of Avenger allies, and aerial key word.

Let's start off with economy. Being that we have 10 aerial cards that cost 2 or more resources, we have included 2 copies of The Power of Flight. Team-Building Exercise affects 17 of our cards, so it's a no brainer. The Power of Flight and Team-Building Exercise can help us put our Falcon's Flock resource generator in play. We have 7 Avengers allies to play an replay/replay, so Avengers Tower makes a lot of sense. With Battlefield Awareness, Draw Their Fire, Vibranium Microweave, maybe Defense Specialist, we're not that bad at defending, which means allies can stick around, so an extra ally slot is good. We have a Helicarrier which is always helpful (especially, in multiplayer). Being a Justice focused deck, we should be able to easily complete Specialized Training for card draw and potentially even more thwarting, try to balance things out with a bit of attack bonus, or if we have a dedicated attacker in the group, he can take the defense. Skilled Investigator should help give us a few cards from the player side scheme we'll put in play, and side schemes we'll summon via Sentry, and side schemes we'll summon via One Way or Another. You could potentially change the Avengers Tower for another Team-Building Exercise. I just like the extra ally slow, but Team-Building Exercise affects more cards.

The Wonder Man hero pack was chock full of a lot of good Avenger allies. This makes a Justice Avengers deck completely viable. Since we have potentially 3 ways to boost our stats and sometimes Falcon can defend well, the readies that cen be provided by Earth's Mightiest Heroes are excellent. The ready can also potentially be important if we are already exhausted and want to play Yaw and Roll when we don't have Bird's-Eye View in hand. As for ally choices:

-Cannonball can usually activate for free giving that there are 16 other aerial cards in the deck.

-Firebird is flexible in whether you want a 2-health or 4-health thwarter.

-Hawkeye & Sentry can certainly help with doing some damage.

-Scarlet Witch is fantastic value considering you can ensure that you don't play her when a treachery would be revealed.

-Wiccan is no longer Wiffan.

With 17 cards that have aerial, you have amazing control over what is on top of the villain deck.
