Dialect for Minions
But you can call me the Gambit.
You know how long I've been waiting for this?
Ok, so here goes. Gambit is a badass, yes, we all know. But did he learn to speak his charming gibberish from minions?

Mon Ami Cher!
The How
This is the easy part. We first of all want two things. We want Gambit to stay in hero form, and we want minions.
With cards like Looking for Trouble (if playing solo, not needed in multi player) and Angela, we'll have issue looking for minions. Once these little buggers are out it where the fun begins.
We'll want to use cards like Into the Fray, Melee, and Relentless Assault to clear them for added benefit.
The River
Just like in Texas Holdem, there's the river here. The aforementioned cards are great on their own, but lets make them better!
Warrior Skill will increase the damage of each attack event by 1. Not overall, but each instance. Royal Flush can now hit for 12 max! Follow Through increases the damage making overkill much better!

By using Honed Technique, aggression events can hit even harder! Melee by itself goes to 6 per attack, Full-Body Charge for 12! I've included allies that are either Mental or Wild, because sometimes we all need our friends to be mental or wild and help pay for things.
Tying it up with a bow
OK, so what makes Gambit shine and stand out better than the rest is his Hero ability. Once per turn he gets to add a charge counter to himself. He can also remove up to 3 to deal an additional damage when playing an attack event.
If the stars align, and you're able to play these cards with both Honed Technique and Warriors Skill out while also removing 3 charge counters from Gambit, here's the damage we're looking at:
Full-Body Charge - 16 Damage
Into the Fray - 13 Damage (removes a TON of threat off the main)
Melee - 10 Damage per instance
Relentless Assault - 11 Damage
Charged Card - 8 Damage
and Royal Flush for 12 Damage as mentioned earlier.
Afterthoughts
Yes, this deck does need more Mental resources in it, or even some Wild's. But Forge should help with that by fetching The X-Jet. Plus having an additional copy of Honed Technique in the deck assists. Try to get as many counters as you can on Gambit as you set up your board. Don't be afraid to play allies like Ironheart, as she not only draws you a card but is also a fantastic meat shield.
I know there will be people who want to make tweaks to this, and that's fine.If you're playing a minion heavy deck, maybe adding Hall of Heroes would help alot! Flipping down to Alter Ego to use Mutant Education and then ending your turn by drawing 6, and starting the next turn with the ability to draw an additional 3 is bonkers! Imagine adding Moira MacTaggert in there as well? It's not my style when playing Gambit though, but to each their own.
There is also a horrible cost curve for the deck. Sometimes you may only end up playing one major event while in Hero form. Cards like Full-Body Charge can easily be swapped/removed. I included it as it's one of my favorite late game finishers. But that's another spot that can go to even Aggressive Energy or Audacity for a harder hit!
Also, another benefit to getting counters on Gambit is being able to play Rogue for free. Have her enter the board, do nothing but block the first attack and absorb the TOUGH, and then have her attack/thwart and then take another hit, that's MONEY right there!
Love it!
