"Listen up, losers!"
NOTE: This deck has defeated expert Venom, expert Magneto, expert Mansion Attack, expert Four Horsemen, and expert Klaw in a range of player counts. I'm not saying it's the toughest deck out there, but it has been put through its paces in a variety of settings. Thanks to Caldias, Andyr, and VJakson for helping test and provide feedback!
The main idea of the deck is to lean into Jubilee's signature events (which are really strong) and her signature resources, and to recycle those as much as possible using Mutant Education. Putting those cards back into your deck also draws you a card with X-Mansion, and Moira MacTaggert will give you another card when you flip up. You will have a lot of cards in your hand, and you should plan to flip often. (Generally, I prioritize recycling her signature resource cards with Mutant Education, but that can vary depending on the board state.)
Jubilee's hero ability ("Like, totally!") , X-Gene, and The X-Jet will help make sure you always hit your maximum number of different resources. Resourceful is also here to be spent from hand, or to be played with your leftover resources and saved for later.
If you can't use her signature events, try to play Multitalented in order to trigger your Jubilee's Sunglasses or Jubilee's Coat as much as possible. Multitalented also gives us some healing, which can be an issue with Jubilee’s rather squishy 9HP. Triage and Endurance can also help with survivability.
We don't need Energy, Strength, and Genius because Jubilee is disincentivized to pay for cards with multiple resources of the same type. The Power in All of Us counts as two different resources when paying for Multitalented and a wild for her signature events. The Power in All of Us also goes well in paying for her basic supports and her suite of allies.
Speaking of allies, they are in this deck to help flex what you need, when you need it. Forge will help you pick out The X-Jet, Utopia, and X-Mansion. Triage can help with healing, Beak can thwart, Professor X can thwart and give out status cards, and Gambit can tuck away a nasty encounter card.
And remember, once Utopia is in play, any time you ready your hero it's worth another resource with Jubilee's hero ability, so it's effectively a discount of one each time. In order to never lose that resource from your hero ability, you can save it for later with Resourceful.
Have fun with the deck, and drop a like if you enjoy it! To hear more from thoughts on all things Marvel Champions, swing by the Winning Hand on YouTube or wherever you get podcasts!

Mar 31, 2025Great deck! It’s a ton of fun to play. Each hand had fun decisions to make of how to play it. |

Apr 01, 2025I attempted this same thing. Same joke name actually. I failed to get mine to run! I didn't have Colo or Gambit, and also... Resourceful. Pretty slick idea to use those to pocket some wilds. Guess I need to dust off and try again. |

Apr 01, 2025A real question not a smart ass "you're wrong..."
Do hero cards count as basic? |

Apr 02, 2025No Hit and Run? Sure it's a worse Multitalented but Multitalented is one of her best cards. I've liked it in most of my Jubilee decks. |
Apr 02, 2025I have to try this one out this weekend! Awesome build! |

Apr 02, 2025Tried this deck against expert mandarin (fanmade villain) and was really strong ! Maybe would add one Cell Phone for Shopping Spree ? Or maybe not, cause we don't have a nice way to complete the side scheme without Disguise or Beat Cop |

Apr 05, 2025Looks interesting, I guess I might try this :) Have you tried Weapon X with this deck? Yes, it costs 1 HP (which you instantly can heal with X-Mansion), but it really helps to get those identity specific cards you just shuffled in with Mutant Education. |
Apr 05, 2025`@Unisus it was in an earlier draft but it wasn’t necessary I found. I draw through the deck fast enough that I didn’t feel the need to go for it. But you could certainly add it in if it works for you! |
Apr 06, 2025Great deck! I haven’t played Jubilee since she released and I totally forgot how fun she was. This deck worked really well, especially for healing. Great job! If you fancy Spiderman, Webwarriorfanatic has an all basic deck called Grey Spider that’s really fun. |

Apr 08, 2025Currently playing Jubilee (Justice) in the S.H.I.E.L.D. campaign, and she was fine in the first two scenarios but struggled against M.O.D.O.K. Might change her deck to this one to retry the scenario. I know you are allowed to change aspects between campaign scenarios, but is going from an aspect to basic allowed? |

Apr 08, 2025@Frodo13: you don't have to use aspect cards. I'd daresay you could even change to all-basic if you weren't allowed to change aspects. Choosing an aspect only disallows cards from other aspects, there is no limitation on basic cards for your deck (besides the general maximum per card/per deck). |
Apr 08, 2025@boomguy@Unisus. Thanks for the info. Updating my deck now. Will let you know how it goes. |
Apr 09, 2025The vanilla resources can still hit 15 cards here. But yeah, they are also boring and it seems like there is enough economy in here. A bit torn but would also stick with "vibe" deckbuilding instead of going by numbers. Great deck, excited to try. Thanks! I'll leave a five star review... no wait, that was something else. ;-) |

And thanks for your 5-star review :) |
Apr 12, 2025I agree that Jubilee likes the "Power of..." cards over the regular double resource cards. And the X-Men have such good basic cards! This is a really cool deck! I'll have to try it! |

Apr 18, 2025Fun deck! I'll need to try it out. I love all-basic decks |
This looks really fun! The limitation of basic cards is actually a strength, which is really cool. I also like the inclusion of Resourceful, which doesn't seem a ton of play usually. It's great here to hit those missing resource types, and it gives you something to use "Like, totally!" on when it would otherwise be wasted. It's like saving it for another turn which is nice.
