Hulk Have Many Friends
With Hulk bringing to the table his brute strength, his many friends can help with thwarting and minion control.

Thank you to the content creator who made the following suggestions for building this deck:
charredgambit (https://www.youtube.com/@charredgambit): the two missing basic doubles and probably 3 'Make the Calls' ..., recurring Maria and Nick are probably a better play than the vast majority of Hulk's cards.
Note that charredgambit suggested Inspiring Presence as well, but I never seemed to have the resources available to play it, but two copies of Get Ready served similarly and effectively, allowing the allies to get some burst thwarting or take down larger minions.
VILLAINS TESTED AGAINST (in both standard and expert): Klaw; Taskmaster; Magneto; and then Red Skull.
Results: Unlike many other heroes, Hulk felt like he was being presented with a challenge against every villain, which made for some exciting game play. He took down Klaw in standard and expert, then Taskmaster in standard. In Expert, Taskmaster came at Hulk with Under Fire, Exhaustion, Assault, and Gang Up with a minion out during the first game, destroying him pretty handily, but in the second game, Hulk had the opportunity to rush Taskmaster, not even bothering to take out the initial side scheme, Hydra Patrol, in play. The allies and Hulk just kept coming at him, and a Confuse from Professor X meant not worrying about drawing Advance.
Hulk had some great card draw against Standard Magneto, defeating him about 3/5 of the way through the Encounter deck but never stood a chance in 3 games in Expert.
After that, I was curious about Red Skull and had a fun game in Standard. Expert felt like a great balance of push and pull. Eventually, Red Skull got the upper hand in the first game but then Hulk took him down in the second.
I highly recommend playing Hulk in Expert against Klaw, Taskmaster, and Red Skull for some exciting matches, and Red Skull will especially keep you on your toes throughout the match.
NOTABLE ELEMENTS OF PLAY:
Hulk's Many Friends: The deck is purposefully flooded with numerous allies to bring the deck total beyond 40 to increase the odds of drawing an ally to control threat and minions. Make the Call then allows one to bring back specific allies, most notably Nick Fury but also Professor X, Gamora, or one of the two-cost allies.
Some favorite allies to play included the following: X-23, who could clear out multiple minions, and even more of them if one happened to get Danger Room Training or Advanced Suit on her; Ant-Man, who could either be played cheaply or could be a serious asset if one overpaid enough; and Adam Warlock, who typically removed sizeable chunks of threat from schemes with his ability.
Regroup to Protect and Set Up the Next Turn: Because there are plenty of allies, Regroup almost always allowed one to give a Hulk a respite from taking hits to the face while putting allies back in hand to set up the next turn.
Conclusion: I recommend this deck for those who are looking for a deck that allows Hulk to do what he does best: Attack. It's a competitive deck against quite a few villains in expert mode and leads to a large variety of strategies that might be employed, depending on the allies drawn against any given villain.
