This deck was created for 'The Floor is Lava' One Shot Weekly, playing in multiplayer - however, it can work in most scenarios, you just may want to remove or swap our the two First Aid copies, and if playing solo may want to remove a copy of Float Like a Butterfly.

Dazed and Confused

This deck primarily works off keeping enemies confused in order to give the team breathing room to swap to alter-ego forms when needed as well as deal bonus damage with Shoulder Cannon when Float Like a Butterfly is out. It runs the full 3 copies of Float Like a Butterfly to pass them around to other players so they can deal more damage as well (especially if you have a player running Leadership).

Our primary confusion card is Upside the Head which also gives a bonus if we already have confuse on an enemy, so it's never a dead card. We also have Dazzler and Sonic Rifle to confuse foes. Cypher also gives some card draw for a cheap rate.

There is an argument for running Professor X as well (especially with two X-Men allies), but I opted to run Nick Fury to give us some card draw and damage options when in a pinch. Speaking of Nick Fury...

War Machine, Agent of SHIELD

This deck has a secondary theme of running SHIELD cards. Agent 13 gives us double use of Munitions Bunker to optimize our Alter-Ego turns and can give us extra resources from Helicarrier. Government Liaison discounts the cost of Nick Fury and Agent 13, two of our most expensive allies. And Global Logistics allows us to do something extra with all these SHIELD cards, including Munitions Bunker, which is typically useless once we are on our hero side.

Of course we also have the Monica Chang card package to power up our thwart potential when we really need it. And don't forget Surveillance Team is also a SHIELD support and can benefit from our other SHIELD cards.
