Ironheart

Ironheart is so much fun to play. Her kit allows you to use any aspect you prefer. I enjoy her with justice more than any other, mostly because of the synergy with resources. I wanted to make a Champions themed deck with Ironheart and I think this turned out well.

Allies

I only added 3 allies. Moon Girl provides you with amazing card draw, and with the plethora of resources you should be able to draw 3 cards every time you play her.

Vivian is a situational ally, but I found her very effective and used her ability almost every game. Plus, she is another resource and a cheap cost ally. Wasp was added for the same reasons.

How I Play the Deck

There are certain cards from the kit that I always played, regardless of the situation. Photon Blasters and Propulsion Jets are two required upgrades for me. It was great having them available for free threat removal and damage when I needed them. Ronnie Williams is a must. The earlier you can get her out the better obviously. I would usually try to hard mulligan for her every game. If I could get her down turn 1, I would find myself flipping forms every turn both for her ability and hand size.

Speaking of hand size, Assess the Situation was invaluable. I tried to save it as a played card, and not a resource. Lay Down the Law, Clear the Area, and Multitasking are nearly standard justice events, and Impede is a nice new addition for me. I have not used it much until this deck but I found it very helpful. Three of the four are also resources.

I found I didn't play Sector Scan and New and Improved very often until I was in version 3 form. Use Photon Beam as much as possible to eliminate enemies/villains as much as possible for the +2 progress counters. The same goes for Fly Over and threat.

I played solo through each expansion and had a blast! Ironheart was able to handle every situation thrown at her. The only problem I had was the ridiculous Ronan the Accuser. That being said, this is one of the most fun decks I've built and one of the only ones I have posted. I hope you find this as fun as I did.
