This deck is designed to take Vision's signature ally; which happens to rock, and keep her around a while using Team Training, Reinforced Suit & Inspiring Presence - then bring her back with 616 Hickory Branch Lane or Make the Call to do it over and over again!
Cards like Command Team and Get Ready will make good use of a 3 powered attack or thwart depending on current needs. Threw in an Innovation for one more heal.
Allies included are for deck cycling while Kaluu will tutor a Make the Call to grab Vivian or Inspiring Presence to keep Vivian doing her thing.
Reboot is a no brainer for any Vision deck. Could've included Deft Focus for Superpower events but I wanted Vivian to be the focus of the deck. I haven't play-tested this but I'm looking forward to trying out this deck building theory during upcoming gameplay.
