FAQs (taken from the official FAQ or FFG's responses to the official rules question form)

Q: If Vision leaves play and re-enters play during the same phase after activating his Action, does the new Vision retain the +2 stat bonus from the previous activation?

A: No, it will not. The Vision that was boosted left play, and the Vision that entered play after has not triggered its ability yet. -(Developer Ruling , Hall of Heroes)

The first "Voltron" Ally, which means, the strategy in deck is to attach as many upgrade to him and keep alive (and stronger) over the time.

Base statline: 5 ER, 1,2 ATK, 0,6 THW, possibly 1 block. Very terrible for a 4 cost ally. But if we want to make Vision "playable", we kneed to spend another resource (so total 6ER). When we put him into play, this is low chance, that it can be played in the same round. But if we feeded go him over time, then averages will increased:

  • 7 ER, (+4 points of thwart/attack), 1,42 ATK or 1 THW. There are many of cards (like approaxemately 100) with better effiency in attack.

And of course requirment with energy resource. Vision was already expensive in the 2019. If in future we get better support for Android decks, Vision can be back in many decks. But for now? Niche (yes ally can also be weak) C+ (rank A-C)
