Mulligan hard for early card draw / filtering (Avengers Mansion / Alpha Flight Station) or the drone discards will eat you alive. With your draw engine running, you can flip to alter ego for the 6 hand size and start your next turn with 9 cards; combined with the incredible resource potential that Captain Marvel has, this can give you some absolutely massive turns.

As standard, try to have Energy Channel down to smooth out less efficient hands, and remember that over half the resources in the deck are either or , so if you end up with a or card that you don't need, you can be pretty aggressive about feeding it to Alpha Flight Station for something more useful.

Allies are also crucial for keeping drone numbers under control; using a 2 ATK against a 1 hp drone makes my heart hurt a little, but you have nothing by way of AoE damage, so get Interrogation Room out to make it a little less painful. Daredevil is big for this; he can thwart for 2, then destroy a drone and trigger Interrogation Room to remove another threat.

Your beautiful 3 THW (with Heroic Intuition) is wasted on scheme #1 (which is where you want to stay as long as possible), so use Surveillance Team to manage threat there as needed. Still get Heroic Intuition out though, because it'll let you deal with most side schemes in a single turn if needed.

If you can clear all the drone minions, you can buy yourself a turn to breathe with either Spider-Woman (if you need to recover / reset for a big hand) or Mockingbird, so be aggressive about smashing the drones as they pop up. Ultron hits pretty hard, so I've found it to be more valuable to use allies to block his attacks for their last hit, though.
