"In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: the POLICE who investigate crime, and the district attorneys who prosecute the offenders. These are their stories."

Editor's note: This deck is 42 cards. If you require a deck that is only 40 cards, please look here.

Greer Nelson has worked the beat long enough to know when a crime scene looks a little... odd. That's why she spends her nights as Tigra. As Greer Nelson, you can grab a copy of Hunted from your deck or discard pile to ensure you always have one available. This also stuns the minion, so generally avoid vulnerable minions like your fellow cops. As Tigra, you will draw 1 card for every minion still engaged with you after the start of the player phase. That's a strong synergy that circumvents the 'increased' deck size. If you find a suspect in Legal Trouble, remember that you can hold them for 72 hours before kicking them loose. It's discounted while in Alter-Ego thanks to the POLICE trait, which works out well since that's when you need to reduce SCH. Statusing is vital for this deck's strategy, and works just fine against steady and/or stalwart villains as statusing minions helps keep your draw engine going, keeping threat under control, and keeping damage down to a minimum.
In addition to Hunted, there are a few other ways to fetch minions:
- Moon Knight: as mentioned above
- Infiltration: really cost-efficient thwart event that sometimes gets you a bonus minion and also helps you get exactsies for Stealth Training; who says you need aggression to hunt minions?
Contingency Planning is included to help smooth out your turns for both Hunted and Legal Trouble so they're ready exactly when you need them. Often when you flip to alter-ego and grab a Hunted, you don't really want to grab a new minion right away since it's going to scheme right after, and you aren't going to draw a card. If you have just flipped up and used Hunted, you don't really want to use Legal Trouble since it's not likely to scheme, and it's not currently discounted.

With the help of eye witnesses, confidential informants, and help from other precincts, Greer will solve the case and get her man. Or woman. Or robot. Or alien. Or wizard. Or...
- Banshee: loudly revealing all the secrets and confusing minions as he helps thwart
- Blindspot: quietly and unseenly revealing all the secrets and confusing minions as he thwarts (as long as the minions is being Hunted or is in some Legal Trouble)
- Eros: confuses up to two minions when you pay
- Firebird: helps to chump block, helps to attack, helps to thwart. Helps do attack or thwart even more if you overpay
- Moon Knight: finds a minion; stuns and confuses it; helps thwart or attack; he's the whole package; keep those pithy one-liners ready
- Professor X: does everything this deck wants: confuse the villain? check; stun a minion? check; ready an x- ok, so two out of three is still really good since those are what you will want 90% of the time anyway; also he thwarts for 3 and chump blocks
In addition to Hunted and the above allies, there are a quite few other stun/confuse options.
- Feline Senses: removes threat and stuns if it clears the last threat
- Upside the Head: confuses after making a basic attack (or stunning if already confused)
- Cat-Like Reflexes: confuses while preventing damage
- Stealth Training: stuns after defeating a side scheme with exactsies (no excess thwarting); Infiltration, Beat Cop and Precinct HQ help a lot with the math on Stealth Training, and thwarting for 1 with Tigra to stun something is often just fine if you stun and give yourself some more gas next turn

A cop's salary isn't really much to live on, especially in the mean streets of NYC, but we make do with what we can:
- Tigra's On the Hunt is a wonderful card-drawing engine and is consistent thanks to
- Build Support: get Beat Cop or Precinct HQ; Beat Cop fits thematically and mechanically by helping with exactsies; in higher player counts, it's much less useful, so perhaps run Helicarrier instead of Beat Cop if playing multiplayer
- Specialized Training: oddly Surveillance Specialist is often the worst option for Tigra, but all the others are great
- Superpower Training: grab Cat's Head Amulet first every time unless it's already out; after that, Sharp Claws are great to make sure they're available
- Deft Focus: Feline Senses, Tooth and Claw, and Cat-Like Reflexes are all SUPERPOWERS, so this will go a long way; Tooth and Claw can be free quite often, but sometimes you only have 2 or fewer minions and really need the damage

Great theme and I love the use of contingency planning for Hunted
