Black Panther (Solo)

The first priority with this deck should be getting out Black Panther's upgrades, with the secondary goal of getting out weapon upgrades. Once his upgrades and any available weapons are out, focus on using weapon based events to increase the damage being dealt and use upgrades like Warrior Skill to increase the damage dealt from Black Panther's Wakanda Forever! abilities. Cards like Avengers Mansion and Assess the Situation are to help you dig through the deck a little faster in search of upgrades or Wakanda Forever!, and the Allies are the main way to keep the threat down. Ideally, you should stay in Hero form and effectively heal by using Vibranium Suit, which is the upgrade you should search for at the start if you are concerned about health. Otherwise, Energy Daggers or Panther Claws should be sought after first. Try to be aggressive with attack so threat is never a big issue, and generally use Black Panther's basic ability, allies, and Tactical Genius to keep down threat, plus "You'll Pay for That!".
