This is a support-focused deck primarily intended to help out a certain Olympic Avenger teammate get more readies and set up faster, but it can also be helpful for Avengers that generally like having a bunch of readies.
For player order in 3p+ games, you should be the next player after the Avenger teammate so they are generally exhausted by your turn.
Getting at least 1 Cell Phone into play ASAP is the top priority. Readies aren't useful if your teammate can't use them, right? Sometimes the +1 ATK/THW can come in handy even if you don't have readies to give. With enough set up and some luck, it is possible to use all 3 cell phones in a turn, so it's great to have as many out as you can.
Cosmic Alliance can be used right from the start and should be played as often as it makes sense.
There are 3 copies of Honorary Guardian so you can play it on your Avenger teammate ASAP and unlock your full teammate-readying capabilities.
The C.I.T.T. is key for a consistent ready every turn and should be played as soon as you see it or get it with Build Support. Your teammate will need to be an Honorary Guardian, but they can request to use it on their own turn if you are in hero form. You still pay the costs, so remember to keep resources for it if you want them to use it after your own turn and remember you can also pay for it with The Power in All of Us
Nebula's Ship is amazing for the resource generation and should be played when you see it if possible.
Build Support helps with consistency in getting your 2 supports played. It's fine to become a resource card or a protective target against Masterplan if you manage to get your supports out early.
Generally, you will flip forms every turn if you can to get more cards and heal. Remember to play all hero actions before going to alter-ego. Whenever in alter-ego, you should always play a TECHNIQUE if possible as it's basically free with the Cybernetic Upgrades ability's card draw. Other than that, your hero cards will generally be lower priority early game than the S.C.A.R.S. engine, but use your best judgment.
Morale Boost can be really great in situations where your teammate needs a little boost based on the readies they have to clear things.
As mentioned above, Major Victory can provide an on-demand ready. He can attack or thwart at 1 HP in the player phase or he can block an attack in the villain phase to trigger a ready for your Honorary Guardian teammate. It can take some luck, but if your teammate exhausts to defend, Major Victory can block after and ready them and potentially set them up to Protect Humanity again.
Nick Fury is our S.H.I.E.L.D. Procurement expert and he can get us 3 cards when he enters play.
Make the Call can bring back useful allies from the discard pile.
As a former outlaw, Nebula can choose to Face the Past and face her frenemy of a sister on her own terms. For doing so, she gets a ready, 3 cards, and the peace of mind to have Gamora around as an ally while the nemesis is in the discard pile and the rest of the nemesis set is out-of-play.
Other card considerations and thoughts
If you really want a strict 40-card deck removing a copy of Morale Boost should be fine, but I like the flexibility of having 3 copies.
Early versions of this deck used R&D Facility instead of Morale Boost and it can be really nice, but it's more of a win more card and it's a bit too expensive for early game setup. Still could be used if you don't care as much about rapid teammate setup and want more late game power.
Resource Reserve can be nice to give an extra double resource to your teammate or stash Genius for a later R&D Facility.
Endurance and Down Time could be nice adds for more survivability.
Self-Preservation can make a decent Embody Pathos target assuming you are OK with the lower stats for Nebula while it's in play.
Hope you enjoy this deck and let me know any cool combos you find!
