Get ready for the feel good movie of the year!

“Now stepping up to the plate…”

What happens when a man down on his luck

“I just can’t do anything right…”

Swings for the fences?

“Ya got that special somethin’ inside ya, kid.”

“…Ionic energy?”

This spring…

“Dad gum that boy just sent that ball into orbit”

Simon Williams is “Lucky Number 22”

“…ain’t no rules ‘bout a superhero playing baseball”

————————————————————————

This is a multiplayer deck. Alright, now that that fact is out of the way, Wonder Man swings for the fences in this deck and obliterates thwart!

Fully built out Wonder Man’s stats are a 5/4/2, meaning a Push Ahead can hit for 11. That plus Overwatch is…lucky number 22

Quincarrier and Sense of Justice are the tickets to use Push Ahead, and since it requires an exhaust, it’s unlikely you’ll need to do it more than once, and also likely there isn’t thwart left outside of a 4p game. This also allows the freedom to flip down and snag Push Ahead from Ionic Physiology using Signature Sunglasses. Thwart is pretty much handled late game as you can consistently loop Push Ahead.

Other things to note is that Wonder Man can almost pay for Spider-Man with a single Energy Siphon, Bait and Switch is a flex spot but one of the most efficient thwart events (sadly locked to main scheme), and even Active Altruism pairs nicely with Overwatch.
