For a 4 person game against Expert Venom Goblin, or other multiplayer use. The primary tactic is to collect minions and kill them with overkill, doing 4 or more damage to the villain per minion killed and not taking the villain's retaliate, using Hunted and Surprise Move to ready so you can kill more minions and deal more damage to the villain. You will gain overkill from Marked, which should mostly be placed on lower health minions, leaving your Sharp Claws for the higher HP minions, who you should attach Suppressing Fire to for some longevity and so you didn't have to Recover when you flip to Alter Ego. You'll be flipping frequently to retrieve more Hunted, so Precinct HQ is important to keep threat down, even if you aren't the primary thwarter. You may have to Recover sometimes, but with all the ways to ready, you should be able to take some minions out then flip then recover, so on a turn like that, prioritize killing minions with a higher SCH.
The deck is big, but it will thin itself out and your card draw will be significant, especially with "Bring It!" and Hall of Heroes in Alter Ego. Allies are mostly in case there are too many minions on a single turn or the Symbiotic Monstrosity is in play (especially with a Symbiote Environment, which gives it more HP) so you can take it down in 1 turn. During late game, you may be able to use them to attack the villain or block for you, but make sure to keep one for the above. Thor will hit all minions engaged with one player, killing some of them (and not activating your upgrades except Hunted because he isn't you) but pretty much only if you have Quincarrier available because there are so few cards in the deck and you'll want to play them.
Toe to Toe can be used for this same purpose, but is primarily there for someone playing Protection Silk to tuck the glider. Feel free to replace or remove this card if your Protection player doesn't feel like there's a good combo opportunity there - you are not set up to block Venom Goblin every turn, let alone twice in one turn.
