The idea here is to help others.

Second Wind and Deflection can aid my team mates by healing or protecting them from harm. The latter discards cards, and so does Magic Blast and Shield Spell, but I've added some Digging Deep to help out with the cost. Besides, they generate Wild resources which makes Magic Blast more powerful.

The Power of Protection eases off some of the green card's high costs, but also works as extra juice for Magic Blasts.

Spiritual Meditation helps me dig to find Cloak of Levitation.

Clea is a great and thematic blocker. I won't need any more allies than her and Wong.

The Night Nurse is overkill, but it's thematic!

I didn't want to include any SHIELD cards if I fight in Civil War, which I will do on Cap's side, of course!

The Gardener is included because it's such a Doctor Strange thing to have in a deck. He knows all kinds of weird beings. The Bloodgem is trinket he's using as a paper weight on his desk in his Sanctum.

It doesn't matter that the card deck is slightly above 40, since the doctor is so over-powered anyway, and besides, he will discard a lot and go through it really fast.
