Nadia-n of the Galaxy
This deck is a little bit of fun, with the aim of capitalising on an Avengers and Guardians team-up!
Avengers and Guardians, As One!
The basis for this deck is to utilise As One! and to get the most out of it! So, we want to be sure that both our Avengers and Guardians are hitting big, to deal the most damage. Before any of that, let's look at the allies -
The Roster
Wasp and Sentry both have big innate ATK.
Wasp can literally come into play at 2 ER cost if you intend for her to just be used for As One!..! She has a chunky 3ATK, and being so cheap, it should be very easy to get her on the board.
Similarly, Sentry has a walloping 3ATK (which can be amped up too with upgrades) and although there is a little bit of hurt (you get an encounter card)...the gain is worth it.
I've chosen She-Hulk over Hulk as she has options to thwart (of which are low in this deck). She costs a bit, but you can gain a THWT activation, a 3ATK activation...then either use her for As One!, or thwart again/chump block. She will rely on Avengers Mansion and/or Quincarrier to be out to pay for her...so she may be more a mid to late game player...either way, her THWT stat and potential ATK are definitely worthy of her being considered.
An option is to also replace She-Hulk with Hulk...just determine how much thwarting is needed in the scenario, to inform your choice, as Hulk won't be able to help with threat!
Marvel Boy, Star-Lord and Throg all have 2ATK which is pretty decent...but as you'll see, using Enraged and Energy Spear can drastically improve that.
Bug although doesn't have high ATK, is still valuable in keeping around as he can thwart or ping off toughs, and heal..making him a good counter to step one of the villain phase.
What It's All About
As mentioned, this deck is primarily for you to amp your allies to make the most out of As One!!
Slap Enraged and/or Energy Spear to your allies to increase their ATK...then look to exhaust them to play As One! - it's as simple as that!
Use Boot Camp to give all your allies +1ATK....increasing the potential of As One! even more!
You could be dealing as high as 13-14 damage for an ER cost of 2...pretty good!
Add to that, you can then use Earth's Mightiest Heroes to ready up your Avenger for them to either attack again, or (in the case of Sentry ) , thwart.
Once you have your Avenger and Guardian allies in play and with upgrades, look to mainly use Nadia for thwarting to help manage that aspect of the scenario...there are only two thwart cards in the deck, so most of the thwarting will come from Nadia and Bug. Look to play Wasp's Helmet when you can so Nadia can THWT for 3.
As Nadia also likes to flip down too, I've added Assault Training for you to shuffle As One! back into the deck. Unfortunately its a resource, so Nafia can't use her AE action to do so.
The Rest
Nadia has three forms, so it seems logical to include Ready to Rumble in order to gain an extra ready.
