Thought I'd do a war based deck and so here Captain America mixes it with soldiers and spies to march through the enemy lines, onward to victory!

The Platoon

Listed as the best of the best. Each soldier or spy are veterans and are capable of both inflicting damage, or assist with strategy.

Deathlok - Handy with a S.H.I.E.L.D. Sidearm and good logistics;

Dum Dum Dugan- A big bruiser and a team player...the bigger the team, the harder he hits!

Mockingbird - Can neutralise an enemy upon contact;

Nick Fury, Sr. - An old soldier but this dog still knows new tricks;

War Machine - Seasoned soldier with long range tactics;

Winter Soldier - Professional. Silent. Deadly

Government Aided Assistance

If you're going to fight a war, it's on behalf of your government and country, and so Captain America has the backing of S.H.I.E.L.D and all their resources.

Government Liaison helps you enlist fellow agents, as well as gain access to a Helicarrier;

The Helicarrier itself assists in paying for more of the expensive cards. Double this up with Government Liaison, and you'll have a crack squad in no time!

War Room is where all the logistics and strategy come to fruition. Have your soldiers on the front line smite the enemy, then the War Room can handle the threat!

Finally the ominous Sky-Destroyer is up in the sky looking to give you cover...whenever you play an ally or S.H.I.E.L.D Support, Sky-Destroyer can rain fire!!

A Soldier's Duty

A soldier's duty is to fight the enemy, so although the villain is the end game, sometimes you have to fight in the trenches.

Looking for Trouble helps with threat mitigation but not before bringing out a minion.

Use Man on the Wall to reduce the cost of your next card;

If you have Aggressive Stance out in play, then look for an Attack event such as Relentless Assault to deal with them straight away (Cap also has Shield Toss and Heroic Strike too);

A soldier can also be focused and a pure killing machine. Battle Fury allows Cap to get up again after defeating a minion, and continue to wage war and lead the army!
