Yeah its another Firepower deck. Why Cap you ask? He doesn't have any weapons.
His AE ability lets him get allies into play cheaper, not that he needs the help necessarily.
Super-Soldier Serum provides resources for Jarnbjorn which cranks up our firepower attacks even more.
He's S.H.I.E.L.D traited in AE meaning we can run S.H.I.E.L.D. Deputy to give ourself the S.H.I.E.L.D trait for hero form and access to those weapons as well as allow us to make other allies S.H.I.E.L.D agents.
Battle Plans:
Mulligan for a copy of S.H.I.E.L.D deputy so we can get it on ourself. The HP bonus is a plus but we really want to be able to be able to put S.H.I.E.L.D traited weapons on ourself such as Bambino and S.H.I.E.L.D. Sidearm.
Jarnborn is another key card for us as we can reliably hit the resource with our Super-Soldier Serum pushing Firepower up to 11 damage.
Side Holster allows us to control 3 restricted upgrades. Our Shield is one, Jarnborn would be the 2nd and then we would be able to add Bambino.
Next we want allies in play to throw weapons on them also.
Winter Soldier, Deathlok and Agent 13 all have the S.H.I.E.L.D trait meaning we can get Bambino or a S.H.I.E.L.D sidearm on them as well as Sidearm
Winter Soldier is a great fit for Bambino to get some overkill on minions alongside the threat removal.
Wolverine, Deathlok and Brawn need a copy of S.H.I.E.L.D deputy for them to get S.H.I.E.L.D weapons.
Wolverine is great since he has high attack and heals 1 damage per turn. With a copy of sidearm, deputy and Bambino he can hit for 7 with overkill.
Brawn may seem out of place but getting an upgrade or 2 on him and removing threat when he attack is nice. He also has 5 health (6 with deputy) meaning we can get a ton of activations from him. One sidearm nets us 10 damage and 5 threat removal not counting Firepower being used on upgrades.
Deathlok can grab a copy of sidearm from discard when he enters play.
The damage piles up extremely quickly with Firepower and our jacked up allies.
Lock and Load can find us a weapon for us or an ally.
Keep Up the Pressure can find us Firepower.
Cap can thwart for us and with an access to a ready each turn can thwart for a ton. If we have Bambino and a S.H.I.E.L.D sidearm on him we can hit for 6.
That's the gameplan, outfit you and your team with guns then blast the bad guys into oblivion.
