Like T'Challa I prefer Scott as a man in the background (alter-ego) giving orders.
In order to stay in alter-ego, Scott deploys the X-Men thwarting team and turns them into killers with attack training, discipline and emotional manipulation. They still might be rough around the edges so he brought some help to show them how its done.
Between Constant Training, Meditation, Assess the Situation, X-Men Instruction, Priority Target and Hall of Heroes Scott has plenty of tactical options every turn. Allies can come and go, depending on the situation. Make sure to always leave a psionic on the board to make tutoring trivial.
When all minions and schemes are taken care of with 4 scary allies on the board (Enraged Dust and Chamber are star assets) Scott can join the final push that should kill any villain in a single turn.
