Ever since they announced Odin's ravens, I have been unbelievably excited about the new Valkyrie pack (the one with the Falcon cards in the front). Aside from our avian Asgardian amigos, two more cards caught my eye; Aero and Flight Squadron.

I often approach Valkyrie decks with the goal of pumping my ATK so high that it's worth spending every card on Deathglow to nuke the board of minions, and Aero is another tool to do so. Push Ahead allows us to use that massive ATK stat to aid our THW. Alternatively, or additionally, Cloud 9 provides us with the ability to increase our native THW.
My Horse!
Your number one mulligan priority is Aragorn. Typical set up pieces such as Dragonfang and Valhalla are nice too, but you will need the aerial trait to play Flight Squadron and to start receiving the full benefit of your allies.

Big Stats
Aero and Cloud 9 are incredible because their effect applies to all aerial characters you control, and it is not limited to once per round (nor do they take any damage doing it). As long has you have a way to ready them, you can keep increasing whatever stat you need.
We have Get Ready and Inspiring Presence, of course, but once we are aerial, Flight Squadron means we can get an additional use when we play an aerial ally (who will also be getting the buff).
Push Ahead is only 4 thwart to start with, which is pretty low for a 3 cost card with required resource. Of course, once we start improving our stats, we start getting more value from it. The fang and spear get it to 6, 9 if you're willing to use the Symbiote Suit. With Aero and Cloud 9 increasing your stats, it can reasonably get into the double digits.
Play / Enters Play / Put into Play
One tricky thing to be careful of, particularly for newer players, is the nuance between these terms. Since Make the Call is a "put into play" effect, it does not work with the ability on Sunspot or Flight Squadron both of which require you to play the ally.
On the other hand, Vivian and Hugin & Munin are "enters play" effects, so they do work with Make the Call.
Symbiote Suit? Are you nuts?
Yes
But what about your obligation/Shadow of the Past?
As noted in this classic Aerial Valkyrie deck, Air Supremacy is not an attack, meaning you can use it while Seduced or take out the Death-glow enemy while there's Trouble in Otherworld.
It's also worth pointing out that Vivian can blank Seduced or Powerful Enchantments, making it much easier to deal with. (And, she's aerial.)
Sidedeck & Single/Multi-player
This deck actually works well in single player, as it can actually output a reasonable amount of thwarting and is usually able to deal with Enchantress without help.
In multiplayer, it works well also. Since Push Ahead can remove large chunks of threat at once, it still works quite well at higher player counts, and of course if there are many minions on the table, Valkyrie excels at clearing them. If someone else is taking care of threat, you can consider swapping Go All Out with Push Ahead.
- Symbiote Suit is not for everyone, so you may wish not to include it. It's not actually necessary, although I personally found it to be powerful enough to justify the extra encounter card, though it's worth noting I don't typically play it unless I have several other set up pieces out already.
- Resourceful can help make sure you have the specific resources necessary to get rid of annoying obligations or attachments. It's an extra little bit of caution, and as long as it sits in play, it helps to shrink your deck or protect your important upgrades from Caught Off Guard and the like. Not essential, so can easily be cut to make room for other cards or just to trim down closer to 40.
- Squared Off is a great card for Valkyrie, however once we play [Aero] and Cloud 9, we typically hope to keep them around as long as possible. Since Vivian and Hugin & Munin cost 2, it's not really needed. Between our feathered friends and Chooser of the Slain (and the hazard from Symbiote Suit), I didn't typically find myself to be lacking minions, however if you find yourself needing more sources of minion summoning, this is certainly an option.
This is great! Love more of Valkyrie work around.
