Every Hero, Every Aspect
I am on a journey to play every hero in every aspect. I will be going at this in a random order and posting each deck I play. I am also trying to get better at deck building, so suggestions are encouraged to be commented.
Analysis
I chose to make a Black Panther deck to show how well his amazing economy fits with a deck that has some big set up cards to get out.
Gameplay
I absolutely wrecked Expert Klaw; I had some dead hands and I still won. (I modified the deck to have less of them since.)
Mulligan hard for doubles to get out key upgrades like
- the four BP upgrades
- The Golden City (this card might be the best in the game)
- Team Training
- Mighty Avengers
I flipped every turn because I got out The Golden City first turn and took advantage of it. The card is insanely busted, letting you so much more stuff than the villain each turn. (except maybe Ronan)
Other Cards
The first build of this deck I did not have the double but instead The Power of Leadership.
Obviously, I realized my mistake and fixed it. Call for Backup and Clarity of Purpose also got taken out because they were cheap cards that didn't help with anything the deck didn't excel at.
Nice! Strength in Numbers Black Panther is one of my favorite ways to play him. His economy is just so awesome with Golden City, you can really put the hurt on the villain and deal with just about anything.
I actually like running Clarity of Purpose with Black Panther because I feel like I am always healing from Vibranium Suit and it's a great way to avoid using a double to play Wakanda Forever. Do you find yourself overpaying for them a lot? Also, I was wondering if you've tried this with Avenger's Tower to boost the ally limit further? It's not Shuri-friendly, but I usually use her as a blocker after she finds upgrades.
I love how you include some of the more expensive Avengers like Cap and Captain Marvel. Very thematic and you can actually afford them with BP's economy. Their 4 health getting boosted to 5 from Team Training is just awesome.
