I used this deck to play through the Rise of Red Skull campaign on standard difficulty in true solo mode. This deck worked very well and was a blast to play in all scenarios but Zola. Zola is awful with its retaliate ability and with his extremely fast minion spam which just destroys Natasha. However with luck and good card draw it is possible to beat Zola as well - I just did not enjoy it.
All the rest of scenarios (Crossbones, Absorbing Man, Taskmaster and Red Skull himself) were perfect experience. There is a possibility that Crossbones can eliminate you with a very unlucky encounter card combo (involving Full Auto) and you will have no control over it. But in most cases Black Widow with her preparation cards manages to control the game very nicely.
Cards of note in this deck are undoubtedly Pivotal Moment, Covert Ops and Dance of Death. These three cards made the game in every scenario for me. Pivotal Moment may sound like a very situational card but with my play style it was very easy to set up and 5 damage to the villain for 2 cost is cheap.
First Aid while very rudimentary proved to be quite useful for healing either the hero or any of the allies if needed.
For the campaign upgrades my personal suggestion to take are Basic Thwart Upgrade and Basic Recovery Upgrade, in that order.
