Basic Concept - The short answer

Scarlet Witch alongside the Mystic trait give her access to turbo-draw allowing setup easier and find the cards you want. Both Summoning Spell and Chaos Magic help afford expensive allies for pretty much free. Quicksilver is expensive but when attached with upgrades he becomes a force-of-nature.

  Why Scarlet Witch???

• Scarlet Witch has access to the Mystic Trait which gives her access to cards like Summoning Spell and Spiritual Meditation. Spiritual Meditation, her Alt-Ego Ability, and mulligan allow her to have a very versatile starting hand; she can easily trash cards she doesn't need in favor of ones she might.

• Having access to easy turbo-draw makes setting up Avengers Tower, Mighty Avengers, and any of the generators much easier. In conjunction to that, Chaos Magic speeds things up even more, allowing for very strong turns for very cheap.

• Magic Shield and Scarlet Witch's Crest help reduce damage significantly allowing you to tank hits while you setup allies. Blocking damage for other players is always an option too.

• +I think 2/2/2 stats are amazing.

Why Leadership???

• Summoning Spell can help get Quicksilver and other expensive allies out for free.

• Quicksilver works extremely well with ally upgrades such as; Inspired, Reinforced Suit, and Power Gloves. He also works very well with Avengers synergy such as; Mighty Avengers, Avengers Assemble!, and Avengers Tower. With max upgrades and supports he can dish out 5-6 damage per swing (up to a maximum of 17 damage in one turn).

• The upgrades come with Quicksilver; Iron Man & Ronin only make them better.

• Avengers allies are always good. Stinger is very cheap and expendable; Hawkeye helps clear minions; Kaluu helps with addition card draw for events like Chaos Magic, Spiritual Meditation, and Summoning Spell; Squirrel Girl will never be bad; and Cap is usually easily affordable.

Black Panther???

• Of all the allies, Black Panther is the most unique. His gimmick is is very important in this deck. The card you choose is dependent on the situation and some of them may be key to planning huge turns.

• If you need more allies you can grab Summoning Spell; If you need an ally from your discard pile you can Make the Call.

• Need to ready an ally? Get Ready; Need burst thwart? Save the Day.

• Most importantly, Avengers Assemble! which can be held until needed.

If the stars align in just the right way you can deal a maximum of 45 damage in one turn (not including attack events).
