Great turns with Lead from the Front and Avengers Assemble!! Tenacity works perfect with Super-Soldier Serum allowing Captain america to perform 3 actions in a turn it's a lot of work if you can combine it with Fearless Determinationarless, or Lead from the Front or Morale Boost. Basic set of leadership allies with Maria Hill and Make the Call draw engine. Make the call can also be used to make Squirrel Girl back from the discard pile against ultron drones.
With this set up I defeated Expert Ultron twice which I found to be a great enemy.
