Know what's great? Using one card in Doctor Strange's Invocation deck each turn. Know what's better? Using his Cloak of Levitation to ready up the good Mister Doctor and using a second card in Doctor Strange's Invocation deck in a turn. Know what's even better better? Using Stick-To-Itiveness to ready up a second time and use a third card in Doctor Strange's Invocation deck in a turn.

With the "self" resource cards in the 'Pool aspect (Self Confidence, Self Control, Self Preservation) paying for his expensive upgrades (and eventually allies) along with Strange's card draw, it's possible to cycle through this deck quickly and have the resources on hand to get all his important upgrades and supports out within a few turns.

Cloak of Levitation and Stick-To-Itiveness are integral and allow Strange to ready up twice each turn, which means three casts of his invocation deck.

Helicarrier, Quincarrier, and The Eye of Agamotto are resource generators that can be used each turn to pay for his invocation cards and the ready cost on Stick-To-Itiveness.

Finally, once we're set up, all those high cost, high impact allies can come out and do serious thwarting or damage as required. And since we're cycling through his invocation deck so quickly, you'll be using Seven Rings of Raggadorr as much as possible to get tough statuses on your allies. Suddenly Dum Dum Dugan is attacking or thwarting for 3 and taking 0 consequential damage as the tough card absorbs that damage.

TL/DR: Ready Doctor Strange repeatedly. Use Invocation cards three times a turn. Resource cards pay for resource generators. End game allies bring home the win as tough status mitigates consequential damage.
