This is a mostly a silver deck that uses the no-risk cards from the 'Pool aspect to buff up Wolverine to ready often and heal 4 automatically each turn. (2 if starting your turn in alter-ego)

With everything in play, you'll have 27 health, heal 4 per turn automatically, be a 3-5-3 hero, get to ready at least once per turn (usually twice), and have at least an 8-hand size thanks to Berserker Frenzy, Combat Specialist (from Specialized Training), and Symbiote Suit.

You'll want to hard mulligan for Healing Factor, only play Berserker Frenzy once it's in play. If you draw Berserker Frenzy first, don't feel the need to hold onto it. You can play it on the second deck pass and instead focus on playing your other supports and upgrades.

Once Healing Factor is in play, you can stay in hero form and use allies to chump if you want more net healing in a turn. You'll usually want to tank hits once Berserker Frenzy is out though. It will even be ideal to leave some 1 damage minions (that don't have guard) in play just to let you draw some extra cards each turn to help with setup in mid-game.

Logan's Cabin and "I Got Better" are usually low priority. Logan's Cabin can be useful if you desperately need to heal and are near the end of your deck. You can flip down and use it to put Berserker Frenzy back in your deck and hopefully draw it again next turn.

Deft Focus and X-Gene are there to let you prioritize Regenerative Healing when you draw them.

I save The X-Jet for Stick-To-Itiveness to ready each turn. This along with Utopia will help to get good value from Symbiote Suit and Combat Specialist (from Specialized Training). Speaking of Symbiote Suit, you'll usually want to play it on your second deck pass once you're more setup.

Hit and Run can be used with claws and is a versatile card that can help Wolverine with some extra thwart.

Get in Front of Me! and Not my Responsibility can help with surprises from the extra encounter card each turn after Symbiote Suit is in play.

Really fun deck. One of the best decks I have played, if not thee best.

Having double healing factor (Wolverine's hero ability and the card) really projects the image of his damaged tissue regenerating rapidly into the mind. Typically I would take around 4 damage during Villain attack phase. But once the game progresses, and I start taking more, I would have Symbiote Suit/Adamantium Skeleton/Endurance. Thanks for sharing!

Great deck but you should have called it poolverine!

@misterRogers Just tried this and had a lot of fun. How would you feel about adding #Laser Swords?

@HikariRyu hey that might be a good idea! You'd probably want to throw in some more 'pool cards with negative icons on them to get more value from Laser Swords. I was trying to avoid that but if you lean into it, the extra damage could be worth the extra risk.

Possibly remove Hit and Run and add some good thwarting 'pool allies to make up for the lack of thwarting cards. You could add Deadpool Corps Ship to help pay for them, since they are more on the expensive side. I would probably add Headpool, Lady Deadpool, and Negasonic Teenage Warhead.

If you do go this route, you could also just get rid of x men allies and Utopia since they'll be competing for ally board space. You won't be readying as often, but you'll be doing +4 damage with 3 'pool allies out with Symbiote Suit. A lot more risk too but if you have extra 'pool allies, they can chump for you as you cycle through them.

Sorry for the novel, was just thinking out loud but seems like a cool alternative with Laser Swords. Thanks for the suggestion!

@Guts23 thanks! I love thematic decks and was looking to just buff him and pump up his passive healing.

@Sr Ton thanks! I've had a lot of fun playing him. Wolverine is a top 3 comic book character for me.

@Pots I should've! That or maybe something like Symbiote Wolverine to emphasize the extra healing.

@misterRogers thanks for the reply. I think using the restricted slots for the Laser Swords it's a good way to add a good deal of damage in the long run. I play a lot of 4 players games and depending on the scenario I think you're most likely going to have +2 or 3 attack each turn just by having the symbiot suit and some random side scheme without needing 'pool allies.

Maybe I could add Live Dangerously and save it with Plot Convenience to play it on the endgame to rush down the villain.

This deck really is kind of cheating. With all the healing in it you rarely have to defend or switch over to alter ego form. The only think that stop you is a bad draw.
