"You were the one who wanted to win. And I just wanted a sister! You were all I had, but you were the one who needed to win. Thanos pulled my eye from my head, and my brain from my skull, and my arm from my body... because of you." - Nebula

This deck is themed around playing 2player with a Gamora player.

Most Nebula / Leadership decks are based around her being in alter ego form until she has played as many techniques as possible.

This deck follows a similar play pattern but does have more "up time" as a hero. "Welcome Aboard", Groot, Rocket Raccoon, Drax, Knowhere and Ready for Action all need Nebula to be in hero form to put into play.

The deck is built around getting Groot and Yondu into play, supported by Rocket or Star-Lord.

It does have a few upgrades for these allies (Reinforced Suit for Groot, #Inspired for Yondu and Comms Implant for either Rocket or Star-Lord). The idea being that Groot with Team Training and Reinforced Suit will have 9 health and heals 2 every time he defends. Add in Ready for Action to give him an occasional breather with a Tough status, Groot should remain in play as a defender for some time. His job is to defend Gamora.

Rocket and/or Star-Lord will be Thwarting while you are in Alter Ego form.

The deck should try and keep the allies in play for as long as possible to gain advantage from Strength In Numbers. Between Nebula's alter ego ability, Strength In Numbers and Daughters of Thanos and Knowhere, this deck can dig through its deck.

Then, when the time is right, the deck can pop off with Nebula's techniques and Blaze of Glory. That's when Regroup really comes into effect.

Not sure if this is intentional but Blaze of Glory and Regroup don't work together. Regroup only applies when your allies are defeated via enemy attacks.

I hadn't clocked that. Reading failure once again! Thanks for the input. I suspect Rapid Response is the better option.
