The purpose of this deck is to use I've Got a Plan and Ever Vigilant to make a HUGE THWART IN 2 Turns!
Super Easy to Setup

As Rocket Raccoon and Rocket Raccoon both has a great draw card ability, a wonderful setup accelerator if you have a scenario that allows/requires flipping to alter-ego a lot.

Otherwise, there are 7x double resource like The Power in All of Us and Salvage turn into more cards to dig for what you want or even good uses to expand other resource accelerator like Team-Building Exercise, Avengers Mansion, Helicarrier, Knowhere, Nick Fury and Ironheart.

Finally, there is a Great Combo of Team-Building Exercise -> Allies of Guardian -> Knowhere.

You can even use Team-Building Exercise to reduce cost of Ever Vigilant if Thruster Boots entered play.
Powerful Thwart Effect
Once you have your set up, there are 27 cards left in deck, discard pile and your hand, you can draw and play them all in 2 turns!
Thwart:
- Rocket Raccoon's Basic THW 3 x 2 = 6
- I've Got a Plan ready hero and THW 4 x 2 = 8
- Ever Vigilant ready hero, THW and remove Threat from main scheme 6 x 3 = 18
- Allies (not include Groot) = 4
Total Thwart: 6 + 8 + 18 + 4 = 36!
Tech Weapon Attack Effect
Particle Cannon, Rocket Launcher and Rocket's Pistol provided above 16 Damages in 2 turns.
