Maria Hill: Professional Sidekick

I like playing heroes that want to buff up their attack and swing hard, but I find that aggression can be a bit awkward to get readies with. Some of those heroes can also be a bit awkward to thwart with, such as She-Hulk or Drax, so you need some help in that department.

That's when I thought of Maria Hill in a support capacity, to assist with thwarting and placing out some nice upgrades, to allow another hero to do some damage. The copies of Combat Training and Aggressive Conditioning are to be given to your more aggressive hero, and you can use the Med Team to provide some nice healing to delay a need for recovery in alter-ego. This allows Maria to keep her basic action for either a thwart, a recovery, or a flip-down to tutor a support to play out.

This X-23 team-up allowed X-23 to play on Protection using cards like Repurpose and What Doesn't Kill Me to ensure some readies (and some healing), allowing for some really explosive turns. Add in some Command Teams to help Honey Badger and you can dish out some really nice damage.

I've tested these two together against Expert Thanos and after a rocky start, once set-up, they truly are a powerhouse team.
