This is not intended to be a solo deck. You can come out the gate swinging with very strong first turns. But it can also take a couple turns to get setup. I can't imagine this has enough thwarting for your typical solo villain experience.

This deck is about value. Draw cards, play resource generators, get allies out, draw more cards when you play the allies, if you don't have anything left to do at the end, Hulk Smash for fun or pack away a Limitless Strength into your Resource Reserve for later.

Smart Hulk keeps getting better and better. Since the original Smart Hulk v1, the deck has gotten more consistent, less reliant on good draws with multiple specific cards together, and has leaned slightly more towards Hulk doing damage than his allies. The big upgrade that spawned a full new version for me is Resource Reserve. This card is one of the best new Hulk cards in the past couple waves. This not only lets you cheat Hulk's ability and save a big resource card you had left at the end of the turn for later, but it also lets you pass triple resources to the other players at the table. It's not something you do every turn, but Smart Hulk is getting to be incredibly versatile. Hope Summers can pull out Hulk Smash for you if you need overkill or just need something dead. If the table needs to pivot to damage, Make the Call Cyclops. If one player is struggling to recover or is going off, feed them with Resource Reserve and Avengers Mansion (don't be afraid to admit that that player is HULK).

This deck makes no effort to pack resources into the deck or play efficient drop kicks. If half of your deck is on the table and you draw the other half every other turn, you'll be able to play the high powered Hulk cards you need to play to clean up the board and you'll have multiple allies out to thwart and block with.

Flip down every couple turns, especially to play your Moon Girl, Ingenuity, and Banner's Laboratory. Every time you draw Moon Girl, she should be drawing you 3 cards.

You can easily end up having turns in hero form where you've already played two allies and you have 3 open resources on your board and 7 cards in hand.

A fun interaction is to Face the Past to ready and draw 3, then hit your Abomination with a Symbiote Suit/Boundless Rage slap for 4 or 5 plus a Hulk Smash overkilling him onto the villain for 8+.

Another great addition we have, especially for higher player counts, is Front Organization. 0 cost, thins your deck, and when things drag out and you're down low on HP, you have some protection against having your Symbiote Suit ripped off you to death.
