The Idea behind this deck is to get Iron Man out, buff him, and keep him out. Heal him with First Aid and make him Tough with Ready for Action to block the big hits,
Mulligan everything for Tony himself, or at least a Call for Aid, and play it while you are Bruce so you have the resources to get Tony down ASAP. Then slap upgrades on him as you find them, using all the extra HP and heals to keep him alive. Let Tony thwart when needed, block when he is Tough, and together you can take down almost anyone.
Iron Man, if you get all his upgrades on him, will be attacking for 3+1, Thwarting for 3 (+ a damage), and can do it (at least) twice a turn, or once and let Bruce have an extra attack with Earth's Mightiest Heroes. He will also have 8 HP and your deck has 8 HP worth of heals in it.
It's a fun deck. Let me know what you think. If you want to jump out of the theme a bit, Ronin also works well in here...
If you want to get down to 40 cards, either drop all copies of Honorary Avenger and 1 Earth's Mightiest Heroes, or drop 1 each of Honorary Avenger, Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Enhanced Physique, and First Aid.
