10 Flavors of Spider-Woman - Side-Kick (Con of Heroes)

For Con of Heroes 2025, there were three prevailing themes spoiled: Web-Warriors, S.H.I.E.L.D, and Aerial. After the previous year I was really inspired to bring a single hero in every aspect. Spider-Woman happened to fit the themes and is my favorite hero. So I present the 10 Flavors of Spider-Woman

Side-Kick

Side-Kick Captain Marvel was played all over the place at Con of Heroes 2024. This year felt far enough removed that it might not be a common occurrence. All of the decks I saw at the Con that year were Leadership/Protection. I was inspired by https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/39819/jess-and-carol-kill-the-marvel-universe-1.0. The use of Tic-Tac-Toe as a healing source and using Mulligan to find Captain Marvel felt strong. I made a few changes, primarily that I wanted to buff some of the Pool allies in the process.

Set-up

Mulligan to Captain Marvel.

Goal 1

Put one of every Upgrade on Captain Marvel. Use Side-by-Side, Tic-Tac-Toe, and Rally the Troops to keep Captain Marvel alive.

Goal 2

Put Sidearm on Kidpool and Negasonic Teenage Warhead. They don't take consequential, so may as well.

Reflections

Deck played out really well with no real surprises.
