Two Black Panthers backed up by all of Wakanda

A straightforward Leadership deck with Sidekick core which works pretty well with T'Challa, giving us 2 (or more) activations of Black Panther upgrades each turn. Shuri herself likes to switch to Alter-Ego regularly to heal and grab some more cards through Queen Ramonda and The Elephant's Trunk. Ready to Rumble makes sure you don't miss those precious Special activations.

Organizational Support is pretty much guaranteed to give you a lot of value with all those Wakanda allies and supports, so even cards with Alter-Ego Actions will prove useful in Hero form.

White Wolf, Aneka and Dora Milaje combo will provide you with 'free' 4 damage each turn (1 threat from White Wolf is negated by Aneka's special activated by Dora Milaje).

I'd recommend grabbing Panther Claws first with Shuri's Alter-Ego ability to compensate for her weak attack, although that's very much scenario dependent.

Call for Backup can be swapped for a third Make the Call if you're playing solo or your partners don't have great allies to grab with it.
